James Kellerman, chief technology officer at Portland-based GreenPrint Software, was supposed to leave Thursday to help a major new customer in England install the company's paper-saving application. With flights canceled that day, he's rescheduled the visit to May.
However, the England native won't have as much time as he'd hoped to visit with family.
"It's a total mess," he said. "My parents actually live on the flight path into Heathrow. They say it's just eerie how quiet it is at the moment. There's nothing in the sky at all."
